If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your order, Bella Lace will happily exchange the item or refund your money minus a 20% restocking fee. Returns will be issued for the items only if they are returned in the original packaging with all tags still attached. Items that have an odor, stains, or other abnormal markings will not receive refunds. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
Returnable items must be sent back within 30 days from the date your order is received and must be in resalable condition, unless the return is due to an error on our part. There are no exceptions after 30 days.
For all Returns, you must first create an RMA (Return Authorization Number) for that order. To do this, please Login to your account and click on Orders History. From there, follow the directions to process an RMA number.
Any packages received without an RMA authorization number will be returned to the customer at his/her expense.
If an item must be returned due to our error, please contact customer service and they will assist you in processing the return.
If you wish to cancel your order, you must do so within 24 hours of placing your order. Cancellations after 24 hours result in a 20% restocking fee.
